The RR particle sensors in the Remote Series are the specialists for cleanroom monitoring. They cover the range of measuring methods and standards of the pharmaceutical industry, semiconductor production, biotechnology and many other cleanroom production processes.

Where continuous particle monitoring is concerned, the Remote Series has big advantages compared with conventional monitoring systems. All devices are equipped with an RS-485-interface and a 4 – 20 mA analogue output and can be integrated very simply into the existing cleanroom system. Since each sensor has an internal vacuum pump, there is no need to install vacuum networks.

Remote Series PS

• Channels for 2 particle sizes
• Measuring range from 0.3 µm (depending on sensor system)
• 2 measuring channels
• An alarm, signalling exceeded limit values, can be optionally connected to any Remote sensor.

Remote-Serie FMS

• 16 Measurement Chanels
• Measurement Chanel from 0.3 µm to 10 µm
• It is very easy to integrate the FMS in an exist clean room because each sensor includes an internal vacuum pump so that is not necessary to install a vacuum net
• The Sensor can connect optional 4 environmental sensors for temperature, relative humidity, air velocity, differential pressure also alarm
